I'd play a lil with those wife tails and see what it says just for fun, do the pee n baking soda test, Chinese calendar, I did both just for fun n they both said I was having a girl n I did (: again this is not 100% accurate but do it just for fun

I had really bad morning sickness but it came at night and only after certain meals it started to come in the morning closer to the second trimester , craved hot stuff like chips , heart beat was always strong like higher up and I was extremely tired at first , my Chinese calendar said I was having a girl and I am having a girl. Idk if this helps you
