I am really fed up with babysitting for this women. The kids aren't bad no, that's not the problem i have but she keeps jerking me around lately. She is leaving for texas here soon and she originally told me ill need you Wednesday at 3ish am to sunday til 11. the days inbetween 5 am to 9pm. Okay no problem. But now she says tues 1am to sunday till 11. and lately up til now she calls almost every other evening asking me to babysitting for like petty sh*t, like grocery shop and run to the kids school and never told ahead of time, its always a call right before she needs me. i get it no mom wants to drag a toddler and a one yr old out all the time but for me its like i have a family and home too. when do i get to be home with them? maybe im just easily annoyed i dunno but i know i dont like last minute changes in things or drop my plans all the sudden

sorry someone is doing you that way. shoot I take a 5 year old, 3 year old, and a 2 year old to places, unless it some where kids shouldnt be lol.

thanks, i understood when it was summer cuz she has 5 kids and yeah thatd be a handful. but school has started so she only has the littlest two during the day. we need the money so ill continue but even my fiance is like what the hell?

You get taken advantage of real fast as a nanny. My last family I nannied for, the mom was like that. I constantly made myself available to them. She was constantly telling me the night before that she would need me earlier or showing up home late when I needed to get to class. Eventually she stopped paying me on time and upped my hours but not my pay so I wasn't even making minimum wage anymore. I told her 24 hours in advance that I was in the hospital and couldn't be able to come in the next day, she acted like that wasn't enough and called the hospital and when they said I wasn't there she accused me of lying. At that point I pulled the plug and never went back. She never paid me for my last week of work.

kinda seems like what im going through. idt she wont never pay me she always has in the past, its the need you right now calls that bug me and adding a day onto her leaving. she wants me to do it again when im 37-38 weeks. idt i will just bc ill be so far along and i know ill want to be home as much as possible, this baby could come at anytime at that point or even an emergency could happen
