Got the DNA results back and now we going to have to see how to get the guy on the birth certificate off and her real daddy on it....I really thought josh was the daddy but he hasn't really been a father to her when he though she was his he didn't want to help out with her and was ugly to me though the last year and Scott her daddy has done nothing but try to be there for me and all. I just hope once I get everything changed I can get josh out of my life for good and he don't try to stick around because I don't have time for that at all

So the guy on the certificate isn't actually the father? If they guy you want to put on isn't biological he will have to adopt her.

The guy on the birth certificate is not the daddy. I went by when the dr told me my due date was and when they said I got pregnant well I guess they were wrong about when I got pregnant they went my my last full period instead of when I spotted which I think the spotting was implantation. The guy that wants his name on there is her biological father. I got with him when me and my ex had tired to work things out but it didn't happen then I got with the guy I have been seeing since my ex....there the only two guys I been with in the last 2 years so since the DNA test came back not Josh's that makes her Scotts and Scott is the guy I been seeing
