I have a question, my daughter's Dr told me to start putting cereal in her bottles because she spit up a lot after every feeding and I've already switched milks and she still spit up. Dr said the cereal in her milk would help with that . But I dont remember if she said rice or oatmeal. Which one would be best to use?

my daughter has the same issue. You start with rice.

okay thank you so much @royalmommy my boyfriend bought the oatmeal so I wanted to make sure before I gave it to her.

No problem.She'll be able to eat the oatmeal very soon tho. she will start spitting up less also. but some will still come out its ok tho
