try lactation cookies, there's a milk tea you can try too I bought mine at target, hand expressing works wonders- look up Stanford hand expression on YouTube.

I heard of something called baby mooning. You keep skin to skin contact for at least a full day. The girl that told me about it said she did it for 2 almost 3 days. I couldn't do it, but fenugreek seems to work for me.

This happened to me. I was barely producing anything but didnt give up. Eventually my body caught on and I began producing. So your baby still gains weight try supplementing with formula while your baby is feeding. I used a tiny syringe and squirted it into the corner of her mouth while she fed. Only had to do that for a couple days until my body began to supply more. You got this! Dont give up!

I tried fenugreek for 2 days, 3 capsules, 3 times a day. So 9 in one day, and my milk increased so much I had about 16 ounces in the freezer!

And make sure you drink tons of water when you take then and throughout the day

Keep putting her on and pump. That's how I did it after I got my tubes tied, it takes up to 72 hours. I am loosing my milk again due to an infection from my surgery. Goodluck
