I'm really frustrated. It's hard enough to move around in the third trimester but I was diagnosed with something called pubis symphis. Basically your body makes too much relaxin which is the chemical that makes your pelvis spread and ready for labor. When this happens you can barely stand, move, walk, even lift your feet up a few inches off the ground without excruciating pain. I had to stop working and my house seems to always be a fucking mess an I CANT TAKE IT. I just walked into my living room and yelled at everyone because nobody does shit. My kids are 9 & 5 and taking full advantage and it pisses me off. I just took everyone's phones and tablets because if you know how to play on a phone you know how to clean up.

I hope this doesn't last too long. Just when I think the pain can't get any worse it does. My whole Pelvic girdle is sore. If any worse I would suppose I have the same thing. It hurts to move my legs my tailbone aches and my pubis symphysis is sore to the touch. Hang in there I hope it won't be to long🙂

@desi720, I'm just waiting for some relief. They have me wearing a pelvic support and doing excercises that of course hurt to do and to take Tylenol that doesn't do shit. I can barely put one foot in front of the other when I walk and waking up after sleeping is something I dread

That is the absolute worse for me too. I have a support cradle as well but I rarely use it becomes it's uncomfortable to wear and I'm not suppose to sleep in it when I need it most🙁
