Just had a visit from my parent coach in the Welcome Baby Program. To my surprise it was the same one I had 4 years ago. It was great to reminisce and talk about everything we've been through. We even cried! I'm looking forward to also seeing the nurse who helped me out when i struggled the first few days of breast feeding. She came at the perfect time when others were pushing me to formula feed. I'm happy to be experiencing this all once again. Now we just need baby girl to be here with us ♡

it's a program connected with the clinic I'm at and the hospital I'm delivering. they send a parent coach starting in your second semester informing you about your pregnancy like what to expect they offer many services and can refer you to anything you might need.. since I already was in he program I opted to wait til the end. they visit you in the hospital and after the baby is born a nurse comes to check up on you. you can Google about it @eryka616
