Starting nursing school in October but don't really know what's gonna happen when my due date comes around..we have a game plan sort of..I'm just worried about recovery time after I give birth😖 hopefully I give birth around our "summer vacation" time?😅

Natural birth? stories/suggestions to get theu it. I'm going to have a natural birth this time around but I am a bit scared of the pain. I put no epidural on my birth plan and trying hard not to edit it LOL

lucyyxoxo_ just breathe through your contractions. zone everyone out. I didn't do this for my first but did
sam.g I had a very fast natural birth. 2 hours of labor, then 20 minutes of pushing. I

Giving birth

For those that went/chose to give birth without an epi, how did you do it?

I'm gonna be so uncomfortable with having to use pads after giving birth. I absolutely hate pads. I haven't used them since I was about 15. 😖
