your milk doesn't come in until after baby is born, anything that may leak or fill your breasts before birth is colostrum. your breasts may be filling up with that or just stretching in preparation to make milk

yes, you'll have colostrum for the first couple days after baby girl is born then your milk will come in. colostrum is pale yellow, thicker than milk, and sticky.

no, she can eat the colostrum. it's full of protein and mommy's antibodies, think of it as pre-milk
