Midwife said I have to wait for contractions to be 1-2 minutes apart before I go to hospital. Is this normal? Scared its a bit too close

omg no way!!! if I'd have waited till they were that close then all mine would have been born at home lmao!!! I'd personally go in at 5mins apart and refuse to budge xx

The hospital said this @suzie80 I rang saying they were about 4 minutes apart and she said that I have to wait until 1-2 minutes before I come in. Just never read or heard it being that close. @abbham95 Thank you xx
Bloody hell Thats a bit close! If you don't feel right leaving it that long I'd just go up, they're highly unlikely to send you home if your contracting every 3-4 minutes apart, good luck!!xx

You sure she didn't mean lasting 1-2 minutes that's what mine said 3-4 minutes apart lasting 1-2 minutes xx
