2nd time mums did u find that stay as active as possible in the last few mths helped with labour at all?
I'm starting mat leave next week and atm I am very active at work(I'm a nanny for twins). I don't want to get lazy n just laze around while waiting for baby, although I won't be going crazy either. I currently walk 2hrs everyday n want to try n keep that up if I can.

All my babies (4) came at term +5 and my activity levels differed pregnancy to pregnancy as I had spd really bad with baby 3

Thanks ladies. I'm not one to just sit around,I'm already dreading starting mat leave lol. Been told by the midwife that walking is the perfect exercise for pregnancy so I want to keep at it.

Staying active is always a good thing. Obviously relax & put your feet up when you want to but laying in bed or watching TV 24/7 won't help either. Walking is good, will help your back too. I was taking long walks along the rivers way past my due date 😊
