seriously there's this random weirdo guy who shows up all times of the night leaf blowing. most the time it's in between 12am and 3am. seriously. There is noise laws in the city I live in. and all they do is make him leave. I've been dealing with this for 7 months. what a creeper. and to clarify this guy isn't even actually Leaf blowing anything he likes randomly walks around pointing the leaf blower in random directions not actually cleaning anything he is just being obnoxious.
