@mamahoude, do you track your period and were you on bc?

Yes , my cycle is super long 40-42 days and I'm exclusively breastfeeding so I have no idea how those factors will play a part in how fast I will conceive . I may make an appointment with my midwife to see if she has any helpful tips or something . I wasn't on birth control I knew I wanted two children close together just had to wait for my period to come back

@kylen_mommy, what about you? Do you have a regular period or breastfeeding?

My son couldn't tolerate my milk so I had to stop breastfeeding. My period is irregular. I was on the Implanon after I had him but it got too deep in my tissue then I switched to the pills which I never took on time or forget. So me and my husband decided we wanted another baby so I stopped taking the pills about a month ago. Hopefully it will happen soon tho. I was told that most women are very fertile after they stop birth control, I know my mom was on the pills then stopped and got pregnant with me a month later.

Per Ovia I suppose to be fertile now but I was told its best to have sex every other day

@kylen_mommy, I use ovia too!! I'm not fertile until the second week of October. Having long cycles suck because I have to wait longer :-( I didn't hear of the every other day thing that's good to know. I have pretty obvious Ovulation days because I have so much cm (tmi) and I know I have been having sex on those days but nothing is takingg. My first kid was so easy to conceive so I'm not used to having to plan like this haha

@kylen_mommy, you will be fine! Don't worry, you just gotta stay positive! Throughout this whole pregnancy a lot of ppl have been telling me my son will be bad and jealous etc but I'm like no he'll get older with each passing month and understand what's going on and he's so helpful already. You and your babies will be fine 😊
