He doesn't need any more than that. overfeeding can cause reflux and spitting up.

Try burping him when he feels hungry. Sometimes they just get gasy and feel like they are hungry. I do this to my son and he seems to feel better.My baby eats about 3oz every 4 hours.

He is only 2 weeks old. He seems to always cry and suck his fingers, and just get real fussy. I try burping him, rocking him, giving him a passy, and nothing works. Seems he just wants food.

Are you breastfeeding him? Breastfed babies need to eat more often because the milk is better for them & easier to digest. The amount & time between sounds pretty normal to me & from my experience.
