Have a Medicaid/food stamps question.... so right now we qualify for both because just my husband is working... I'm planning to start working soon but will have the expense of day care added once I start working. My income would throw us over the limit by a few hundred... but since day care is now an expense, does our income limit go up?

I don't necessarily mean the income limit I guess... but I know they factor in other expenses such as rent and utilities... so I'm not sure if day care would be factored in... @mrsschmalz

@ninanicole2, that's not necessarily the issue. I will be over the income limit if I'm working but didn't know if the cost of childcare would still make us eligible

@mrsschmalz, yeah, I had to show a rent receipt and a utilities receipt but I don't know how much that actually factored into the decision
