I got married at a courthouse back in 2011. I regret it so much.. it wasn't anything like I had ever pictured my wedding to be. that marriage ended in divorce and I'm engaged this time, (wasn't even engaged before my first marriage) and I plan on getting married next year with an actual wedding. 😅

I actually want to get married at the courthouse until I can save enough to have a big wedding I don't want to be in debt for a wedding that's basically for others.

I got married at the court house. I don't regret it, we went on an amazing honeymoon in the Bahamas with the saved money. But we do plan to splurge and have a big wedding for our 10 year anniversary

You can still have a big wedding later when you are ready. You dont need to do it big because you are basically paying for people to come see you.
