I try to make hamburger or even just brown some hamburger to make tacos or something and it's always super dry not very good. Can anyone explain to me proper ways of doing this on a skillet? 😫

Yeah... And some stoves cook hotter than others. I have electric and my beat numbers are 1-9 so I put it at like a 6-7 max

place a lid over the skillet and cook it on low or medium and stir it every minute or so

my husband told me to use a little bit of oil for hamburgers....they turn out better now
