Need Advice!! ☺️

So I'm 37w3d and yesterday my husband and I had sex, a little rougher than usual but nothing out of the ordinary . About 4-5 hours later I wiped and saw pinkish on my underwear, then after the gym there was a lot and looked more bloody. I called labor and delivery to get advice and the nurse said it was probably my cervix changing due to us having intercourse even though we've been staying making love! I used a pantyliner to bed and it's much lighter now but still seems to be there when I wipe! Is this my mucus plug or possibly beginning of labor ??!! 💕
