I keep getting them in my right ankle. It's a weird place to have them but I'm on my feet all day for work so maybe that's why. The only thing that helps is getting up immediately and walking it off. Soon as I stand and take my first step it goes away.

Yes. Try to be consistent. It is needed because the baby is taking your nutrients

@mrs_spectaculus, it's a crazy place to have them! I've had them in my rib (and talk about pain) my calves, my hands and toes but now my ankles? Ugh
