Brest pads, breast pump, bottles (to freeze breast milk), an artificial nipple if yours is too small( that is what I had to get). That's about all I could think of😀

maybe try a nipple shield

@happyamy, no small nipple issue here lol but I didn't even know they made those. how does that even work?

Here it is. All you have to do is slap it on your nipple and it will stay there when the baby is feeding.

most important thing you'll need is PATIENCE! Breastfeeding is tough. get you a good nursing bra, some nipple cream a pump and pads. I use the storage bags instead of bottles. it's easier and space saving.

I agree with @babygirl71716 the most important thing is patience. Also as soon as your milk comes in make sure you start pumping. No one explained any of that to me so I'd stay engorged and not pump that often or for very long and I got mastitis 9 days PP which is extremely painful. Also make sure that you have a good soap to clean your pump parts and bottles/ nipples/ pacifiers with. Babies almost always get thrush at some point and my poor son had it twice. Making sure that you boil everything at least once a week and wash everything after each use can decrease the chance of that happening. You'll need nursing pads, nipple cream(I prefer the nipple butter), at least 2 good nursing bras, but I wouldn't go spend a ton of money on any type of clothing like that right off the bat because your body will change so much. I was a 40DD and now I'm 36D. Make sure you stay hydrated, and the best way to do that is t keep filling that 32 oz hospital cup up that they give you and keep it with you everywhere you go.

yes drink water and honestly eating oatmeal every single day for breakfast has helped me a ton!!! the days I don't I notice my supply is down!! get what is called a milkies milk saver! That is the entire reason I have been able to store milk with this baby!!! It catches your leaked milk from your not feeding side while baby eats! I save 1-2 oz every feeding so I rarely pump and have a ton of milk saved and an awesome supply because it helps drain your boobs:)
