Does the car seat just sit inside the car seat base or does it snap into it ?

I have baby trend and mine snaps, but I think all of them are suppose to snap into base.

Mine wouldn't snap. I'll have to go try it again tomorrow. @loyalovereverything

That was actually my first question before I got mine bc I'm clueless to all baby stuff lol

It should snap in and shouldn't release until you you manually release it
