Ask to walk around as much as possible. It helped me before I had to get an epidural for my daughter. I also brought a yoga ball to bounce on and I was constantly moving into different positions. From my back, hands and knees, to kneeling hugging my husband, I also used the bar and squated. Good luck mama you'll do amazing. I ended up playing cards with my husband in the middle of labor tp keep my mind off of everything.

are you dialated at all?

i was induced also but wasnt dialated at all. it was a very bad experience for me.. almost ended in c-section. . but hopefully everything will go fast for you . ! just dont ask for alot of medicine. . my son was born floppy bc all the medicine they gave me through the iv.

my friend got induced and she made birth look easy. I'm serious she didn't push that long. she did get plenty of meds. don't listen to people like the female above.! your baby will be fine. and you'll do great.!
