Okay so I went to er because back pain was getting to bad they didn't find anything wrong they did blood and urine test. they tried to find heart beat but said it was to early. but now where there used the Doppler I hurt is that normal.

You should have asked for a ultrasound ... they should have given you one anyways not use the doppler

I asked but the doctor wouldn't send for one they are stupid I really hope he didn't harm,my baby it's taken me 4 years of trying yo get pregnant. @sammiee0422

The fetal doppler wouldn't harm the baby. But you should go back in and say you're starting to cramp and demand for an ultrasound.
