if I may ask, how did you get a clogged milk duct this far into breastfeeding? I had mastitis in the beginning, and I'm so afraid of having to go through it all over again. 😥
I think I'm prone to them. I had mastitis as well in the beginning. I got this because Michael wasn't feeding well for some reason so it didn't drain enough . I got one last month because I slept weird on my boob and the duct was squished . I just can't win. I'm massaging the crap out of it in hopes to get rid of it before I get mastitis .
@sabreycastro1996, thanks! I try to lay on my back but I am deff a side sleeper so it's hard sometimes. I think it's getting better not as noticeable lump as before. I'm basically a pro at massaging boobs now 😂😂
