how do i pump? we are going out tonight and I prob need to leave my mom a bottle or two for her..how…

there's not really an amount you can "aim" for. Each time I pump there's a different amount. I've been exclusively pumping for 9 months straight.

When I left my son for the first time I tested him that morning before I left to see how many ounces he really eats bc you can't tell when he's on your boob. I started with a 4 ounce bottle of breast milk and he ended up drinking only 3 ounces of it. So I aimed to pump about 3 ounces for him every time I pumped. So depending on how much she eats just pump enough or a little extra for her :) hope that helps

she eats often. but for short periods of time so she prob eats an ounce or two

I would just pump as much as you can then just to be safe that you have enough ☺️

pump and freeze. it's the best thing ever. plus it's nice in case you get sick and end up on a medication that you can't give her your breastmilk. it happened with my son so thank god I froze a lot of my milk.
