Is there anything that helps with the pain of stitches after giving birth? Nurofen isn't working 😭

Don't know what to take for pain but having a salt bath helps it heal a little better you could try that. worked when I had my first. worth a try :) @canteloupe24 xx

I took codein and put pure lavender on my pads and in baths

I only took ibruprofen when I had stitches but they never really gave me any trouble though xx

use a cheapy rubber ring to sit on when your on the sofa or something wont cause so much pain xx
