my back is killing me I am having contractions that I can't keep up with because I have no idea how to count them...we had sex twice and now I feel like death and no discharge

time them from start of contraction to the end then time inbetween contractions for example
contraction begins at 245am ends at 246am then another contraction at 255am ends at 256am. So you're contractions would be 5mins apart and last 1 minute

if they are every 3 mins lasting 1 min for an hour..call OB && go into L&D or your water breaks
