why do you have to go back So soon.?

@reyesmomma, I'm part time , so I don't qualify for bonding time. All I get is the 6 weeks for vaginal birth or 8 for c section.

oh I see that you live in California your laws are different out there I'm out here in Washington so it's a little different here

you should look into it and see if the state offers more time. Washington State just passed this law where women can use Washington State leave and get an extra 12 weeks. I hope there's something like that for you out there.@octobermama96,

I didn't qualify for bonding time also from my job.. I went back to work Monday only took 6 weeks off

you can still apply for family leave but you will have to quit your job that is what I was told

I was working part time only when I had my son and I did the full 12 weeks. you should double check

it all depends on how many hours you have worked there determines if you qualify @lucyyxoxo_

@lucyyxoxo_, @meli2890 yeah I haven't worked there very long either, so I'm sure that has to do with it.

@meli2890, how did you feel leaving so soon?

honestly I wanted to go back I have 2 kids and staying home I didn't like it

that makes sense then. but I'm pretty sure there has to be something you can do. there's always a solution!(:
