I stopped pp bleeding at 4 weeks then a week later I started my period then 2 weeks got my period again.

It could be. I had my first period about 3 wks pp and I had heavy bleeding until it tapered and came back a few days later , completely different color, large clots .. My ob ended up confirming because I was worried since I had to have a csection

More than likely that's still PP bleeding. I spotted on and off like that for 4 weeks.
