I know it's good to do kick counts but they legit make me paranoid lol. I feel like my son is more active some days than others, but there is NEVER a time he goes all day without moving. Anyone else feel that way or is it just me??

It can definitely feel a bit obsessive in my opinion. I wasn't ever told to count kicks with my first. Just to alert my doctor if I hadn't felt her all day. I think counting kicks is probably smarter buuuuttt I guarantee when I start doing that it's gonna make me feel paranoid all the time lol.

Yea I always see on these apps how you are supposed to do it but I can't help but become over worried when I do. My child is gonna sleep and wake up as he pleases as long as he's moving I'm gonna stop stressing over it @teambarnes

I wasn't even told to do an kick count and you're not alone. My daughter like that too, but I've an anterior placenta, so it's hard.

My OB gave me a paper and told me to do it and bring it back to my next appointment. I hated it and it always worried me but I always got my kicks!

I was told to do it every so often. I did it once and stopped. As long as she's moving consistently throughout the day, I don't worry. I feel like we all instinctually know if things are off.
