So I've been bestfriends with my Bestfriend for 16 years ! Her and I have always done stuff together , dye our hair , get matching outfits etc.
well we both wanted to dye our hair blonde with emerald underneath... Well my husband is mad at me literally because we're going the same colors the same way.. And he doesn't want us too.. Am I wrong for still wanting to or should I listen to him?

Why does it bother him? Like, it isn't his hair. Maybe ask and see why he has such an issue with it. I can't say do it or don't do it because I don't know your situation, but it definitely seems like communication is needed.
