Just made two nights worth of dinner all laid out in containers. Plus I have left over pot roast for lefovers for my husband over the weekend when I have surgery. All he needs to make is rice with it. Only problem is he doesn't know how to make rice lol. Guess I'll make some on Friday for him. All thats left is cleaning the kitchen but that can wait for the morning.
