This was posted at my doctors office. I wish I could have gotten a clearer pic🙁... They are very strict on this at my Ob. I can't even get my membranes swept before 40 weeks. I'm glad they are tho. I'm in pain and uncomfortable but I won't be rushing my baby out until she is ready and her brain has fully grown😊

they had a poster like this at my midwifes office ! i was so happy i made it past 39 weeks after i read it even tho i was misserable .
