I have had pieces like this fall out every so often it's very little the plug grows back if you get cramping then call. But it's normal Hun

I was like that when I saw mine at 29 weeks but it followed with contractions. I went to labor and delivery freaking out. I was fine. But now about 3 times a week I lose that exact amount. It's bad when there is a ton. I freak out on everything to lol

That's normal when I was pregnant I went to L&D thinking my mucus plug came out lol but it's normal it's just mucus
