What a fiasco today dealing with trying to get my sons health insurance right. I had called and talked to all these people last week to make sure everything was set and ready to go. Apparently whoever I talked to at one place had no idea what she was talking about! Gave me completely wrong information. And now I have to wait even longer for his health insurance cards to be here.... I hate morons who don't know how to to their job. End of rant 😒

I was doing that yesterday my name is wrong on the paper they sent me by one letter and of course they sent it on a Friday and of course it was a holiday weekend so I had to wait to call and when I did it took me 20minutes

the first person I talked to said I had to do a residence certification because I changed my name then the second was like changing your name has nothing to do with it blah blah blah
