I always pack my manual pump, milk cooler bag, ice pack and at least two frozen milk bags. For my infant I pack her insleeper and the pack and play for my toddler and lots of extra clothes and diapers.

What's changed my life so far with Liam... Is having the travel bassinet... I highly recommend one of those until they get bigger.

Umbrella Stroller. We use the Babyzen Yoyo. Small in size, big on features. And a car adapter for your breastpump.

Rock a by or pack n play depending on age! That was a life saver last yr with us!

Traveling overseas I recommend a fanny pack, umbrella stroller and or baby carrier.

@nurseriri, if you're ever in the UK, don't call it a fanny pack. Fanny is slang for female genitalia. It's a bum/boom bag I think

Pack and play goes everywhere with us. Take a extra pkg of diapers and leave it in vehicle.
