They swab just inside of your vagina and drag the swab between the anus and vagina and than swab around your anal hole. Weird procedure I know 😂 It was so awkward when I had it done
My doctor has his patients do it themselves. he said no need to strip down more times Than I have to . So he sent me to the bathroom and let me do it myself he said there's no reason the patient can't do that one on there own
I lost my son at 16 weeks. and was in icu with strep b. it's definitely harmful to you and baby. @heather1234 they can give you meds if they find it in time. in my case they didn't because they don't test for it till after 30 weeks

Yep just like @1st_time_wonder said they basically take a giant q-tip and swab everything. Sorta awkward but it was fast. Lol

I'm not sure, just know it's a bacteria that can be harmful for the baby if born before treatment. @heather1234
