so my daughter lost an Oz since her 4 month appointment. they want me to up her milk.but she does not want more milk she throws it up. I thought from 4 months to 6 months babies loose weight due to moving around& growing?

An oz is not that much. I wouldn't worry about it, just feed her what she can handle

@housfullofgrls, thank you cause they were saying 35oz a day she eats 25 but she also. eats solids

I was told not to weigh a child for 30 minutes after they eat. Is it possible that's why there's a difference in weight? One oz is such a small amount!

@bonniesue, I'm not sure but they want me to increase her.milk but she's 17lbs & she just turned 6 months she's in the 62 percentile

She shouldn't be eating a lot of solids right now, maybe just once a day, it's still practice. Focus on formula

You are with your child and know your child better than any doctor. I always just compared my sons weight and height to see if he's proportionate and then how he looked and acted. Maybe your baby had eaten before last weigh in or she had to poop lol. I would offer a little more milk just to see but wouldn't worry

I would agree with @bonniesue an oz less can be a lot of reasons... Just having poop in their bowels can add an oz as well as any food at all... I would hardly consider an oz lost a threat to your child's well being lol

@mamahoude, yes they ruined my morning lol I'm like we'll she is active & I'm kind of happy I can finally see her neck😂😂😂
