Today her Dr said we could introduce cereal to her. How did you guys go about doing that with your LO? Did you spoon feed, or mix it with a bottle? If spoon fed, did you do it right before a bottle, a few hours before or what? I'm lost when it comes to this stuff.😩

just an fyi and so NOT trying to be mean, but cereal isn't necessary. it's just a filler that can stretch out their little tummys and empty calories.

You shouldn't give your LO any food until after 6 months. that's a recommendation from the WHO

Yeah, I know. I don't plan on starting it right away. I don't think she needs it right now, just for future reference. @_akgirl

ok. well future reference, you should spoon feed. and follow directions on package. and after nursing/bottle

@victoriaaaron12, her dr recommended it since she isn't sleeping through the night, still waking up 2x (+) for feedings.

that's normal to still wake up, Google open gut

grown ups don't even sleep through the night. my 18m old still wakes up 2-5 times a night to nurse
