If you don't pay the bill then yeah they will shut it off. My sister has had hers shut off for not paying it and she has 5 kids one being under a year. I would always bail her out and pay her bill so CPS wouldn't get called on her and get my nieces taken.
Do you have receipts that you paid and the amount? Why me and my husband keep every bill we pay with a receipt so if a company makes a mistake we have proof. @carparker00
Just print the confirmations and take them in. If you know and have proof that you paid the full amount every month I'd go in and ask to talk straight to a supervisor. I've had to do that for a car payment before when they tried to take our car but luckily for us I kept the receipts. @carparker00
