did any of you try anything to bring labour on. My midwife and consultation doctor said they may need to induce me. I want to try some thing to bring labour on so I don't need to be induced. Can anyone suggest any ideas? due Monday

I walked up and down the stairs that led to the beach. Still went 11 days over in the end. If there is no complications they should let you go 14 days over.

Sit and bounce on the edge of your bed and I know this sounds funny but stimulate(play with) your nipples, do it for as long as you can have a break for 10 minutes and do it again. Or go for a long walk, try some squats, and have sex.

Apparently having sex can bring on labor if you've gone past your due date😘
