Why do moms get offended or defensive automatically when another mother tries to help or give them advice on something? Like if I see your kid in a car seat and he/she is not in it properly I will kindly try to advise you the proper and safest way to put a child in a car seat to help you and your child's safety. No one is perfect but if it wasn't for other moms giving me advice or helping me out even when I didn't ask for it I wouldn't know anything. We are moms and should be able to have each other's backs and help one another out

Some people just aren't open for criticism. typically, unless it is something asking for advice, the best thing is to just not offer it. you never know the kind if day that person is having and never know how something is going to come off.

@emily18234, I feel like no matter what if someone is trying to help you wit something especially something that has to do with your child's safety you should listen up. Doctors tell us so much but if I can help another mother I will. And I definitely won't keep my mouth shut if I see a child in danger.

@carlitojrmami, right. And especially first time moms don't know everything cause I sure didn't. But with the help of other moms I learned a lot

@amaperalta03, yea i see too many moms have their babies younger than 1 or not even two year old in a front facing carseat .

@carlitojrmami, me too!! I saw a mom take a pic of her child sleeping in the car seat and this picture was indoors as if they were home. I kindly told her that if the baby is sleeping in a car seat too long it can cause problems with babies spine or can even lead to death and she barked back saying don't tell her how to take care of her child. And I wasn't I was just giving her a good fact to know

@mazeyy09, me too !! When my daughter was smaller I had a picture on Facebook of her sleeping while leaning on her boopy pillow her head was all croked and so another mom advised me that it's bad to let her sleep like that and I thanked her cause if she hadn't said nothing I would've left my daughter like that and it could've caused damage

Exactly! If it's coming from a good place it's not a problem even if you have more than one kid you still don't know everything.
