well went to the doctors today i am 40 weeks and 5 days today and i am 3cm dialated still 80% thinned. i get induced thursday im a ftm is there anything i should know about getting induced to prepare myself?? getting nervous and need help keeping my nerves calm.

when I was induced they inserted these tablets every so many hours, idk how many exactly. Then shortly after you're cramping and for me I didn't dilate. So they sent me home and I laid down to take a nap, woke up with my water breaking. Back to the hospital and then the fun began lol Congrats on your baby!

I was 40wks 5 days when I went into labor! I ate Flaming Hot Cheetos! Haha. I swear anything super spicy would have sent me into labor at that point!
