I'm trying to get my milk to dry up and I'm in so much pain! I have a regular bra and a sports bra on and it's not helping a thing! Anything else I should try?!
Helps to keep the cabbage in the fridge the coolness also helps with the pain at first you may want to replace as needed until it warms up then once you are more comfortable replace once wilted
if youre definitely done you can drink sage tea, wear cabbage and express milk out to relieve some pressure. cold compresses help as well
