Ah, see, I wasn't aware of the 3hour in fridge. The more you know :)

My understanding, it's only good for one solid hour, after that, you chance bacteria growing in it. Not too sure if putting it in the fridge "freezes" that. I was always told just make more. :)

1 hour room temp, I think 3 hours refrigerated if baby doesn't drink any of it at all
