I'm 1to 2cm how can I dilate more walking I go in Thursday at 5:30 is getting induced more pain?

It will feel like it's more painful but it's the same amount of pain it just seems more painful because it comes on quicker than natural labor pains do. YouTube a few videos of women who were induced. It helped calm my nerves about it. And ask your doctor explain it to you. Plus, if you get the epidural there's nothing to worry about! :)

I know how u feel I was like that I was surprised when my doctor said I was dilated I went walk yesterday and did squats @soon2b2

I will be on it tonight and tomorrow and tomorrow night!!!!! My appt is Thursday 😂😂
