why do u need to contact maternity? they don't deal with people until over 16 weeks so you probably won't get a response... xx

ur doctor should do that for u not the hospital... never heard of that before xx

Yh go to doctors and they give u a form and send it off or get in touch or ring maternity place in hospital and ask to speak to a midwife say u havnt been contacted and cant get anywhere with what u hve been doing and they should help you x
