My son is 6 weeks and 4 days old. Ever since I put him on soy formula he's been super constipated and pooping hard pellets several times a day. What can I do to help? Someone told me to mix water with juice but I didn't know they could have water this young? Help please!!

i was told to give my daughter pure gerber juice no water mixed 1 ounce a day since 3 weeks for constipation bc of her formula by her pedi. but you can also do dark karo syrup or a thermometer up the bum
