I'm 30 weeks today and my back is killing me and I'm having light cramps.. my back always hurts but the fact I'm having cramps is worrying me. any suggestions?? I'm paranoid from now until labor that I'm gonna go into labor early. 😳😳 Maybe I just need to go to the bathroom? but it feels like light period cramps and he's moving all around in there.
