Any advice on how to gain the least amount of weight possible for the whole pregnancy?
As long as yoy don't give yourself a free ticket to eat whatever you want... I feel like a lot of pregnant women do that. You can't justify double the ice cream. 😉 But you should listen to your body, eat when you are hungry, just make good choices. Things that have saved me: greek yogurt, buying salad stuff on Sunday and making one for each day of the week, peanut butter, eggs, and other good proteins, whole rolled oats for oatmeal that I add flavor to (not the sugary store ones), and I have the self control to have just one Hershey's kiss or square of chocolate per day. For some women gaining a little more weight is normal, but for me, this weight is normal. We are all different, and as long as you and baby feel well and are healthy, you're going to be fine!
I'm 38w, gained 20. I have eaten healthy and exercised daily, just like when not pregnant. 😆
I'm hoping to only gain 15 pounds but you never know! I'm already so scared about what to eat because I don't want to eat anything bad! mm crowell0970
Yeah I'm already so worried about weight gain because right now I weigh more than I should I just want me and baby to be healthy! @katarama
basically what everyone else has said. slow and steady weight gain is also the most effective way to help prevent stretch marks. try not to worry about it too much, though! I was miserable the last month or two of my pregnancy bc all I thought about was my weight. Now I wish I would have just let myself gain the weight and enjoyed myself!!
Okay I really want my baby to be healthy so I'm gonna make sure I don't eat stuff I'm not supposed to! @mcrowell0970
stay active and eat healthy. still allow yourself to enjoy your cravings in small portions..
Thank you so much! @sam.g
